SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Which courier do you use?

All South African orders ship with Courier guy —choose your speed at checkout.

How much is shipping?

For orders over R1000, enjoy FREE shipping. For orders under R1000, a shipping fee of R89 applies.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping can take around 3-5 working days to reach you once you have ordered. We use local couriers, once the parcel is in their care they will do their most to get it to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my parcel?

We will provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place your order, to dispatch and delivery. You will receive a tracking number in a separate email after your confirmation email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange?

You absolutely can return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it is undamaged by the receiver, and its in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Who pays return postage?

Unless the item is faulty, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

GIFTING & PACKAGING

Can i add a gift message

At MollyMiller we take pride in providing the perfect gift, so please provide a message (150 characters) and we will write a handwritten note on your behalf. To add the note, write your message in the "Shipping Note" section.

What kind of packaging does it come in?

We take pride in our premium packaging at MollyMiller. Your product will arrive in a luxurious magnetic flap box, along with a fabric dust bag for easy storage.

We specifically designed this keepsake box to be reused by you however you like.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter it in the “Gift card / Discount code” box at checkout before completing payment.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

CARE & MATERIALS

How do i care for my WinePop?

Keep away from water and only use a damp cloth to wipe the outside. Your automatic wine opener is not dishwasher safe, so please keep it away from water.

If a cork is stuck inside, simply press the RESET button on the back and voilla, it will remove the cork without any hassle.

Charging

It is recommending to fully charge your new wine opener before using it. You will know when it is fully charged, once all 4 dots on the charging indicator have lit up.
