Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MollyMiller.co.za, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in line with the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described; or

  • You change your mind within 7 days of receiving the product (as per the Consumer Protection Act “cooling-off” period for online sales).

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them;

  • In their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached; and

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective);

  • Gift cards or vouchers;


3. Returns Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at returns@MollyMiller.co.za within the applicable return period.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.

  3. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (timing may depend on your bank).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at returns@MollyMiller.co.za

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


6. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
