Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MollyMiller.co.za and supersede any prior agreements.
Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or supplier delays.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our prior consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
