Which bottles of wine can I use it on?
- NOT suitable for champagne.
- Most Corked red & white wines will work fine.
- Waxed seal bottles need the wax removed first for cork to have a clear extraction
What is the return policy?
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described; or
- You change your mind within 7 days of receiving the product (as per the Consumer Protection Act “cooling-off” period for online sales).
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them;
- In their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
